1.      Before delivery of complete set of equipment, the Buyer shall present on site of our company for trial running and acceptance inspection. And only satisfactory results are achieved during this inspection can the equipment be delivered;

2.      Our company will send technical personnel to the Buyer’s site for installation, commissioning, and manufacture of qualified products. And the buyer can also send personnel to our company to study manufacturing technique;

3.      Guarantee period of this equipment is one year. One set of spare parts including reeling barrel core, splice-free nylon-plate flat-belt, gum spreading knife, tube cutter, production operation manual etc.;

4.      We have accumulated rich experience during long-time paper tube production. Any problems encountered by customers during production and new-product regeneration can be consulted with us via telephone. We will try our best for trouble shooting, and we can also provide necessary technical data and documents.
